Downtown Bellevue Park -meet at South parking lot at 102nd Ave NE and NE 1st St

Directions: From I-405, take the NE 8th Street exit going west. Turn left on Bellevue Way, turn right on NE 2nd Street, then turn right into the south parking lots or continue on and turn right on 100th Avenue NE for the west parking lot.


From I-90, take the Bellevue Way exit going north. Turn left on NE 2nd Street, then turn right into the south parking lots or continue on and turn right on 100th Avenue NE for the west parking lot.

Bring: (yoga matt, water, surgical tubing if you have it)
